This year, we have bought to you a fun and interactive tasting workshop about the wonderful French region Champagne. In this workshop, you will be learning about the history, interesting stories and what makes this region a world famous one. Followed by an introduction, you will be exploring your senses through the Aromaster set and a guided tasting of three special Champagnes hand-picked by our sommelier Kevin. Champagne is not just about the big labels, we will show you a different face of this amazing fine wine.

Flow of the workshop (1 - 1.5 Hour)

  1. Introduction
  2. Learning basic Champagne knowledge and vocabulary
  3. Exploring your senses through the Aromaster set
  4. Tasting of three Champagne guided by our Sommelier
  5. Question and Answer

Time: Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 7-8PM in May

Location: Premier Cru | 15 High Street, Sai Ying Pun (Sai Ying Pun MTR Exit C)

Price: $350 per person, additional $100 for canapés pairing

Booking is mandatory as seats are limited. Private groups welcomed (minimum 6 pax).

Wine Dinner | A Taste with Chablis Rising Star Patrick Piuze

We are delighted to invite you for an epicurean experiment: taste 8 wines handpicked by Patrick Piuze, the rising star of Chablis, from his Chablis Premier Crus to Grand Crus vintage 2009 to 2012, with a special menu designed by guest chef Renaud Marin. Patrick Piuze will be present at the dinner, guiding you through the different crus of Chablis and broadening your understanding of the terroir. Most importantly, this will be the ONLY dinner where Patrick Piuze showcases his back vintages during this Hong Kong trip!
